In relation to SmartFinBox, third-party services may include NBFCs, banks, financial institutions, and credit bureaus. Bubbling Pot LLP and SmartFinBox are not responsible for the final loan approval, terms, or disbursement decided by such third parties.

Limitation of Liability

In respect of SmartFinBox, Bubbling Pot LLP shall not be liable for any decisions, delays, rejections, or terms imposed by lending partners. All loan-related decisions rest solely with the respective financial institutions.
